Terms & Conditions

A reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit to our bank account. Only the amount received by our bank account shall be regarded as paid (with all money transfer costs paid by the customer). The remaining balance is due 45 days before your departure date. If your reservation is made within 45 days of departure. The entire amount must be paid at the time of confirmation.

If a client is unable to pay the entire amount at the due date. We will do our best to provide an alternative option. However, requests to do so must be emailed in within 45 days or else the reservation will be placed on hold.

Children Policy:

Children between the ages of 3 and 12 years will pay 50% of the adult rate if sharing a room with two adults.

Pay 60% of the adult rate if sharing a room with another child.
Pay 100% of the adult rates if sharing a room with one adult.


-Any cancellation of a reservation must be in writing, by email and shall only be effective upon its receipt. And acknowledgement by Asili Explorer Safaris.
Thus, reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced.
The number of occupancies are subject to cancellation and no-show fees. The following scale of cancellation charges will be applicable depending on the day before the departure of the tour when the cancellation notice is received.
25% if cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival.
50% if cancelled between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival.
100% if cancelled within 14 days or in the case of a ‘No Show”.
If the cancellation case is discussed previously. We will do our possible best to render our assistance. We understand that things can happen and will try to resolve any problems that are brought to our attention.
